Our Return Policy
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items. To be eligible for return, items must be:
- In original, unused condition
- In their original packaging with all protective materials
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain the integrity of our products, the following cannot be returned:
- Engravable Pens (once personalized)
- Opened Pen Refills & Ink (for hygiene reasons)
- Gift Sets with broken seals
The Return Process
- Initiate Your Return: Email our customer service at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return.
- Receive Authorization: We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Package Your Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging. Include all original documentation.

Exchange Process
For exchanges (size, color, or model variations):
- Follow the same return process above, clearly stating you wish an exchange
- Specify the replacement item desired
- We will process the exchange once we receive your return
- You will be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs
Refund Information
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- For PayPal payments: refunds may take 3-5 additional days to appear in your account
