Our Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items. To be eligible for return, items must be:

  • In original, unused condition
  • In their original packaging with all protective materials
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain the integrity of our products, the following cannot be returned:

  • Engravable Pens (once personalized)
  • Opened Pen Refills & Ink (for hygiene reasons)
  • Gift Sets with broken seals

The Return Process

  1. Initiate Your Return: Email our customer service at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return.
  2. Receive Authorization: We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  3. Package Your Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging. Include all original documentation.

    We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
  5. Processing: Allow 3-5 business days for us to process your return once received.

Exchange Process

For exchanges (size, color, or model variations):

  1. Follow the same return process above, clearly stating you wish an exchange
  2. Specify the replacement item desired
  3. We will process the exchange once we receive your return
  4. You will be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs

Refund Information

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • For PayPal payments: refunds may take 3-5 additional days to appear in your account
